1 cup Rolled Oats
1 cup Milk or Plant Milk
3 tbsp Brown Sugar
2 tbsp Butter
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Salt to taste
- Add the rolled oats and milk to a medium sized sauce pan, heat over medium high heat
- When the liquid is almost all gone turn off the heat. Stir in the butter, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and salt
- Spoon oatmeal into your favorite bowl. Top with banana slices, strawberry slices, blueberries, peanut butter, and pepitas.
